How long will orders take?

Due to restrictions on the website, items do not say if they are out of stock or not.

We endure to deliver your items in a timely manner, this may take up to 2 weeks. If the item is out of stock we will contact you on the progress of the item being ordered from our suppliers.  If the item is out of stock it may take longer than 2 weeks if we have to wait for the supplier to be in stock also. Please be patient, we will keep you updated.

Can I pick up my order locally?

We offer local delivery to postcodes 3550, 3551, 3555, 3556 within the Bendigo Area. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. This can be outside of standard trading hours (9am - 5:30pm).

How much does postage in Australia cost?

Orders over $100 have FREE shipping. All orders under $100 will encore a flat rate delivery of $12.00 per order. If you live in the Bendigo area we offer FREE local delivery. 

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping via our website unfortunately currently limited to Australia for the moment.                                              

What is your policy on Exchanges, Refunds & Faulty Products?

Please contact us within 14 days of dispatch for any exchanges and returns or faulty products.

Except where goods are faulty, all Refunds and Exchanges freight costs for the product/s to be to returned to us via Courier are covered by the Customer.  We are not responsible for any returned parcels that are lost so please use a traceable method such as registered post or courier.   

Can you find me an old board game that is no longer available?

We will try our best to track down any hard to find items, just send us an email with a description and if possible a picture and leave it with us. We will let you know if we can find it and inform you of condition and cost of the item. We do not order the item until item is fully paid for. There is also no refunds on these items.
