FAULTY PRODUCTS

At Pop Empire Australia we make sure we sell quality products that meet our customers needs. If you have any issues with the products purchased  please contact us within 14 days of dispatch for any exchanges and returns or faulty products.

 

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Except where goods are faulty, all Refunds and Exchanges freight costs for the product/s to be to returned to us via Courier are covered by the Customer.  We are not responsible for any returned parcels that are lost so please use a traceable method such as registered post or courier.  

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Products will only be sent out after full payment has been received, if the item is out of stock we will do our best to get it in in a timely matter and will contact the customer if there is any delays due to stock level at suppliers or any other circumstances. If the stock is no longer able to be ordered at the supplier we will contact the customer to inform them of options for refund or exchange.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Pop Empire has no obligation to honour change of mind purchases or returns due to prices at other websites. If this does occur the money will be returned via the way it was paid for after the item has been returned in the condition it was sent. Postage costs will not be refunded and the return the item is at the cost of the customer.
